Sizing & fit
How do your leggings, shorts and panties run?
- Petite and under 5'4": we recommend XXS/XS.
- Size 2–6: we recommend S/M.
- Size 8–12: we recommend M/L.
- Size 14–16: we recommend XL/XXL.
Where can I find a size chart?
See our Size Guide for the standard US/EU size conversion. Each product page also lists the sizes available for that item.
Do kids leggings fit as they grow?
Our kids leggings have an adjustable waistband, so you can fine-tune the fit at the waist. Check each product page for the available sizes.

What are your leggings made of?
Our leggings are made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex, a soft four-way stretch fabric.
Are your leggings squat-proof?
Yes. Our leggings are squat-proof, and the fabric is moisture-wicking, quick-drying and breathable.
How should I wash my leggings?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry. For other items, follow the Fabric & Care section on each product page.
Do you make matching styles for kids?
Yes. Many of our dog-breed and animal prints come in both women's and kids leggings. Browse Mommy & Me.
Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Apple Pay.
I didn't receive a confirmation email.
You should receive an order confirmation email within 10–15 minutes of placing your order. If it hasn't arrived, please check your spam folder in case your email provider moved it there.
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account and go to Order History. You'll see your most recent order and its stage (Order Placed, Order in Progress, Preparing to Ship, Shipped, Delivered, etc.). Once an item ships, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping is free on all U.S. orders, including Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout, and duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How long will my order take?
We fulfill from the U.S., and most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Within the U.S., you'll receive your order 4-5 business days after it has shipped; for Alaska and Hawaii, allow 5–10 business days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. International shipping is available, and the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email us at customerservice@denimaxx.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you a free prepaid return label. You can return items for a refund or store credit, or exchange them, within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns page.
What condition do returns need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with no visible signs of use (such as deodorant or cosmetic stains, perfume or animal hair), and should come back in the original mailer or a package of equal weight with the packing slip.
How long does a refund take?
Your return is processed within 3 business days of being delivered to Denimaxx.
Can I return sale items?
Sale and final-sale items are noted on the product page.
