FOR APPAREL ORDERS, ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED WITHIN 24 HOURS - WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HOLIDAYS AND WEATHER INCIDENTS. AFTER WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE SENT A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL WITH TRACKING FOR YOU ORDERS.

FOR ACCESSORIES AND OTHER PRODUCT CATEGORIES, PROCESSING THE ORDER WILL ALSO TAKE 24 HOURS. 

FOR ITEMS NOT CARRIED ONLINE FULFILLMENT WILL BE DONE FROM A STORE LOCATION. THIS WILL RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES VARY.

YES WE DO! WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY USING UPS AND DHL.  

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER SHIPPING?

SHIPPING TIMES DEPEND ON WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED IN REFERENCE TO US. WE ARE LOCATED IN COLORADO, SO IF YOU ARE CLOSE TO US, IT COULD TAKE AS LITTLE AS ONE DAY - BUT IF YOU ARE ON THE COASTS, IT COULD TAKE UP TO FIVE DAYS. HOWEVER, FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS, WE SUGGEST THAT YOU ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION IS SENT.

MY ORDER SAYS "RETURNED TO SENDER"?

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK THEM PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN ORDER. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, WE CANNOT REDIRECT IT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, OR ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. OR APO ADDRESSES?

WE DO! PACKAGES SENT TO P.O. BOXES AND APO ADDRESS SHIP FOR FREE. 

MY PACKAGE IS LOST / I HAVE DAMAGED ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE - WHAT DO I DO?

IF YOU ARE YOU ARE MISSING YOUR PACKAGE OR HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO SHIPPING - PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS/UPS CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING OR REFUNDING YOUR LOST PACKAGE OR DAMAGED GOODS. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING YOUR LOST PACKAGE.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

YOU CAN SEND THEM BACK FOR A REFUND (FEES MAY APPLY) OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDERING. IF POSTMARKED AFTER 14 DAYS, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNED ITEMS AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

STEP 1: EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@DENIMAXX.COM TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER # AND REASON FOR RETURNING.

STEP2: DOWNLOAD PREPAID RETURN LABEL THAT WE PROVIDE AND IMMEDIATELY SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK TO US.

STEP 3: YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED TO DENIMAXX.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-APPAREL MUST NOT BE WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED.

-NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF USE INCLUDING DEODORANT STAINS/COSMETIC STAINS, PERFUMES/SCENTS, ANIMAL HAIR, ETC.

-ACCESSORIES ITEMS MUST ALSO BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED.

WE OFFER EXCHANGES ON ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS. RETURN QUALIFICATIONS (ABOVE) APPLY FOR ANY AND ALL EXCHANGES.
