YOU CAN SEND THEM BACK FOR A REFUND (FEES MAY APPLY) OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDERING. IF POSTMARKED AFTER 30 DAYS, WE WILL REFUSE AND RETURN ITEMS AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@DENIMAXX.COM TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER # AND REASON FOR RETURNING.

DOWNLOAD PREPAID RETURN LABEL THAT WE PROVIDE AND IMMEDIATELY SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK TO US.

YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED TO DENIMAXX.

QUALIFICATIONS

-APPAREL MUST NOT BE WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED.

-NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF USE INCLUDING DEODORANT STAINS/COSMETIC STAINS, PERFUMES/SCENTS, ANIMAL HAIR, ETC.

-ACCESSORIES ITEMS MUST ALSO BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ORDERS PLACED USING A DISCOUNT CODE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE FUNDS TO BE SHOWN ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT.

LATE RETURNS

CUSTOMERS HAVE 30 DAYS TO SEND BACK PURCHASES MADE AT DENIMAXX.COM. RETURNS POSTMARKED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

PREPAID RETURN LABELS MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE. LIMIT 1 PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL PER ORDER. THE LABEL IS ONLY TO BE USED TO RETURN THE ORDER IT WAS CREATED FOR.

RETURN PACKAGING

PIECES MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL MAILER OR A PACKAGE OF EQUAL WEIGHT. FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED IN PRIORITY FLAT-RATE ENVELOPES, RETURN PIECES USING THE INCLUDED POLY-MAILER. DO NOT SHIP PIECES BACK USING A PRIORITY ENVELOPE. ANY POSTAGE DUE INCURRED FROM A IMPROPER PACKAGING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

EXCHANGES

WE OFFER EXCHANGES ON ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS. RETURN QUALIFICATIONS APPLY FOR ANY AND ALL EXCHANGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING COSTS ON ANY EXCHANGE.

WE WILL PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE AND SHIP YOUR NEW ITEMS OUT WHEN YOUR OLD ITEMS ARE RETURNED. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 DAYS FOR YOUR EXCHANGED ITEM(S) TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU.

NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS

RETURNS THAT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, SCENTS, OR ALTERATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE. A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE WITHHELD FROM ANY RETURN RECEIVED WITHOUT IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR TAGS.

SHIPPING CHARGES

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, AND STORE CREDITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.

LOST/DAMAGED RETURNS

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/ DAMAGED RETURNS OR PACKAGES. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS - IF THE PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO YOU WITH POSTAGE DUE, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. DENIMAXX WILL NOT REIMBURSE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

CHARGEBACKS

ANY FALSELY FILED CHARGEBACKS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEE. THIS FEE COVERS THE COST OF REFUTING AN INVALID CHARGEBACK.

FALSE CLAIMS

FALSE CLAIMS REGARDING DEFECTIVE PIECES WILL RESULT IN THE PIECE BEING RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE (CUSTOMERSERVICE@DENIMAXX.COM) WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO ENSURE YOUR EXCHANGE IS PROPERLY PROCESSED. THE PIECES MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

OTHER

IF YOU RETURN OVER $1000 IN A 3 MONTH PERIOD, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO A MODIFIED RETURN POLICY. WE WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY VIA EMAIL IF YOU ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR OUR GENERAL RETURN POLICY.
